The National Conference on Radiation Control is training, collaboration, and information exchange for radiation safety professionals from US State and International radiation control programs and others interested in radiation protection
For 2024, the annual meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville, in Jacksonville, Florida on May 20-23, 2024. General attendees should reserve reserve their hotel hotel room online using Hyatt Regency – 56th National Conference General Attendee.

Should you need to cancel your room reservation you must do so within 24 hours before your reservation.
Attendees typically include radiation safety professionals, regulatory authorities, health physicists, medical professionals, industry representatives, and students involved in various aspects of radiation protection and control.

• ROSS or AAPM Pre-Conference Training Courses on Sunday, May 19 from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

No. The evening events are included when you have a Full Registration
You may choose only one evening event with a One-Day Registration and it must coincide with the day you will be attending. For example, if you have a one-day registration for Monday you can attend the Chairperson’s Reception on Monday evening but not the Night Out on Wednesday. If you have a one-day registration for Tuesday, you can choose either the Chairperson’s Reception OR the Night Out, but not both. If you have a one-day registration for Wednesday, you may attend the Night Out.
The night out is a time to break away from training to enjoy an evening of food and entertainment. The night out will be an Hawaiian Luau complete with an Hawaiian menu, Hawaiian music, Polynesian dancers, Fire Knife dance, and photos with performers after the show. It will be located on the Lower Terrace of the conference hotel on Wednesday evening, May 22 from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm. Wear your favorite Hawaiian attire! You won’t want to miss the Luau!
Members of the Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors enjoy a discount on registration. You must have an active membership at the time of registration and for the duration of the event to receive the Member rate. If your membership should expire prior to the meeting, you will be invoiced for the difference.
If cancellation is necessary, CRCPD will refund the fee paid less a $50 administrative fee if a written cancellation request is received by May 1, 2024. Cancellations received after May 1, 2024 will be refunded at 50%. Refunds will not be issued for the Chairperson’s Reception, Night Out, guest fees or CEU’s after May 1, 2024. No refunds will be issued for No Shows.
Yes. You can submit your PO online during the registration process. If your PO isn’t made available to you at the time you register, you should submit the PO to Missy Hyslop at mhyslop@crcpd.org as soon as possible. Full payment must be made no later than 7:00 am on Monday, May 20, 2024.
